Have you hear about Celiac Desease?

I didn’t know about it until one my close friends strsted to talk about it and how it has affected her family. The little I know is that this is a digestive and autoinnmune disorder that results in damage to the lining of the small intestine when foods with gluten are eaten. (Gluten is a form of protein found in some grains).

With Celiac Awareness Month coming up (May) and gluten-free diets on the rise, I put together an assortment of gluten-free snacks perfect for the whole family to enjoy.

May is Celiac Awareness Month so it’s about time to start raising awareness about this disease all year round. And the best Gluten-free snacks for the entire family.
