I’m so excited to share that Transformers One, the movie we’ve all been waiting for, is finally hitting theatres on September 20, 2024! The Transformers One movie release isn’t just another installment in the Transformers saga—it’s the untold origin story of Optimus Prime and Megatron, back when they were more than just enemies. Imagine this: they were once friends, practically brothers, and their choices ended up shaping the entire fate of Cybertron.
Why Transformers One Is a Must-Watch
Let’s talk about the cast for a second. Chris Hemsworth is lending his voice to a young Optimus Prime, and I can already feel the epicness. Opposite him, Brian Tyree Henry voices Megatron, and I’m thrilled to see how he brings depth to such a complex character. But wait, it doesn’t stop there—Scarlett Johansson, Keegan-Michael Key, Steve Buscemi, Laurence Fishburne, and Jon Hamm are also on board. Seriously, could it get any better?
Directed by Josh Cooley, known for Toy Story 4, Transformers One is the first fully CG-animated film in the franchise. The animation brings Cybertron to life with stunning detail. I’m excited to explore how Optimus and Megatron’s friendship evolved and changed the story.

What to Expect in Theatres
Transformers One is rated PG, so it’s perfect for a family movie night. Expect a good mix of sci-fi action, some intense animated sequences, and of course, that classic battle between good and evil. I’m counting down the days until I can see it on the big screen!
