What We Ate at Planet Hollywood’s Easter Brunch
Now for the best part — the food! We tried three standout dishes from their special Easter brunch menu, and each one was a star on its own.
🐟 Sesame Ginger Salmon
This grilled salmon filet was full of flavor, thanks to the soy-ginger sesame glaze that gave it a sweet and savory kick. Served with fluffy cilantro rice and perfectly cooked Broccolini®, it was a light but satisfying option that I’d order again in a heartbeat.
🍤 Shrimp Florentine Spaghetti
A must-try! This dish had sautéed shrimp, blistered cherry tomatoes, and baby spinach tossed in a rich garlic cream sauce. It was elegant and comforting — like something straight out of a movie scene!
🍝 Penne, Chicken & Broccoli
This was the kid-approved favorite! Tender grilled chicken breast paired beautifully with broccoli and a creamy roasted garlic pesto sauce over penne pasta. It hit all the right notes — warm, creamy, and totally comforting.
