Let’s share some love with the family with this fun easy and Delicious No Baked CheeseCake. There is not much to say about this recipe other than everyone at home can help and will still be delicious.
Easy and Delicious No Baked Cheesecake Preparation
I can start feeling that holiday season in the air. There is something about this season that makes me get into the sweet mode of sharing the love and something delish…
Instruction for Pie Crust:
-
Put wafer crumb in a bowl.
-
Add the melted butter and stir well to combine.
-
Press the mixture over the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
-
Chill for 2 hours minimum or bake at 325F for 10 minute
The easiest way to make crumbs is to put the cookies in a food processor or inside a Ziploc bag and break them with a wooden spoon. Keep in mind that wafer cookies are softer than regular sugar cookies or Graham crackers, they will crumble faster.
For me, one entire pack of Voortman wafers works perfectly for a 9-inch silver take-out dish.
You can use any of your favorite cookies, crackers, or even pretzels to make this easy no-bake crust for cheesecake or pies.
I personally love the flavored Voortman wafer cookies that give the crust that special touch. Since is Fall and the holidays are around the corner today I’ll be using the Gingerbread wafer cookies.
Ingredients for Cheesecake Mix
- 2 (8 oz) packs cream cheese, room temperature
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice (it would probably be the juice of one lemon )
- Topping of your choice. (fresh fruits, shredded chocolate, cookie crumbles, whip cream, etc)
For this cheesecake crust, I will be using 1 pack of Voortman Gingerbread wafer cookies. (To add the holiday flavor to the recipe).

My kids are not much of Trick – or – Treaters. Dani gets scared for everything and Leo is too “cool” for Halloween (teenagers… hmmm) also I totally know that my pie plate is not the prettiest but is the most convenient for the occasion. I prepare this cheesecake on a take-out dish so I don’t have to worry about my plate if the cake is not finished or if you are giving your recipes away. It’s perfect!!!
I’m taking this pie to my parent’s house. I believe that sharing something sweet is the best way to celebrate this season.
